A foaming bottle typically consists of a bottle body, a foaming head, a pump, a spring, and a piston.
The foaming bottle works by mixing liquid and gas and spraying them out. During the spraying process, the gas rapidly expands to form bubbles, creating a rich foam.
Specifically, liquid cosmetics enter the pump through the bottle mouth. The spring and piston inside the pump compress the liquid and push it toward the foaming head. The foaming head contains a special mesh filter and nozzle. When the liquid reaches the nozzle, it mixes with the air inside the foaming head and is sprayed out through the nozzle.
As the compressed air inside the foaming head suddenly relaxes after the liquid is sprayed, the air expands into bubbles, forming a fine and dense foam.
