Prefacts are a core link in the plastic bottle industry chain, and their application areas are highly correlated with the final use of the plastic bottle:
The beverage industry: This is the largest application area for bottle preforms, encompassing beverages such as mineral water, carbonated beverages, juice, and tea. Carbonated beverage bottles, in particular, require higher pressure resistance for preforms (they must withstand internal CO₂ pressure).
The food industry: Used in edible oil bottles, soy sauce bottles, and condiment bottles, the preforms must be odorless and chemically resistant (to avoid reactions with food ingredients).
The daily chemical industry: For packaging bottles for shampoo, shower gel, and skincare products, some require transparent preforms to showcase the product's appearance.
The pharmaceutical industry: Preforms for pharmaceutical plastic bottles must comply with GMP standards, be pure (free of impurities), and have a strong seal to prevent moisture and contamination.
