3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customization?
The MOQ varies depending on the product type and processing method:
Regular mold-based products: 3,000 - 5,000 pcs
Color customization: 5,000 - 10,000 pcs minimum
New mold: Based on structural assessment
It can be adjusted flexibly according to requirements.
4. Do you provide samples?
Free samples or low-cost samples can be provided, but the shipping cost is borne by the customer. Customized color or customized mold samples require a proofing fee.
5. How long does the delivery time take?
Stock: 1 - 5 days
Color customization/printing: 10 - 20 days
Molded products: 25 - 35 days (including sample confirmation)
6. How to ensure the quality of the packaging bottles?
Our factory has ISO quality management system and SGS material testing; the products undergo quality control processes such as sealing test, drop test, chemical resistance test, and thread fit test to ensure qualified shipment.
7. Are cosmetic bottles resistant to chemicals?
The chemical resistance of different materials varies. For example:
PET: Suitable for most skin care liquids
PP/HDPE: Strong corrosion resistance, suitable for creams/hairstyling products
Acrylic: High-quality texture, but not resistant to high alcohol content

8. Can it be designed for leak-proofing? OK. We can provide: gaskets/pad gaskets, leak-proof pump heads and vacuum pumps, thread sealing tests, aluminum sealing, heat shrink film sealing. This effectively reduces the risk of leakage during transportation and use.
9. Can you provide OEM/ODM services? OK. We offer: OEM assembly (production based on customer designs)

Standard capacities such as 15ml / 30ml / 50ml / 100ml / 120ml / 150ml are available in molds.
